Olympiakos sponsors Piraeus square renovation

Themistocles square was full of people and children's voices, as it was delivered to the inhabitants of the 5th Pireaus district, after major repair works.
The reconstruction of the square with an area of 2,500 square meters, was made possible through a donation of Olympiacos FC and includes a modern playground area of 1,000 sq.m.. New paving, new benches, plants were placed in the square with sufficient lighting to allow the children to play safely. The opening of Themistocles square was conducted by the Piraeus Mayor Yannis Morali and the President of FC Olympiakos Piraeus and Municipal Councilor Evangelos Marinakis.
