- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Three Greek films will take part in the 24th Stockholm Film Festival, that will take place between the 6th and 17th of November, in the Swedish capital.
The films that will represent Greece are "Miss Violence" by Alexandros Avranas, "Luton" by Michalis Konstantatos and "The Eternal Return of Antonis Paraskevas" by Elina Psykou.
"Miss Violence" got two prestigious awards at the Venice Film Festival, for best direction and male performance by Themis Panou. "Miss Violence" was also screened at the Reykjavik film festival.
"Luton" was shown at the San Sebastian film festival and also participated in the BFI's London Film Festival. "The Eternal Return of Antonis Paraskevas" has also been shown at many film festivals, including this year's festival in Berlin at the Forum.
