Incidents in Exarcheia, yet again
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Incidents occurred Tuesday evening in Exarcheia after the end of a protest rally by groups of “antiauthoritarians”, seeking the abolition of type C prisons.
The anti-authoritarians have caused damage to the offices of PASOK, and burned two cars on Trikoupi and Kapodistriou streets and garbage bins.
Strong police forces remain outside the Law School on Solonos Street, while the building is still under occupation.
The parliamentary spokesman of PASOK Yannis Koutsoukos speaking in the House asked the attending Interior Minister Nikos Voutsis to take measures to safeguard the lives of citizens.
