Labour Minister: Creditors' demands are suicide
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Labour Minister Panos Skourletis on Friday in statements to Mega TV lashed out at the creditors' stance saying that what they are asking for is the people's suicide.
The minister said that there are small possibilities of reaching an agreement based on current data while he did not rule out the possibility of an extension under conditions. He cleared out that if there is no solution until the end of the month, the IMF will not be paid. However, this does not translate into a credit event, he noted.
