SYRIZA: No chance of a coalition gov't between SYRIZA and ND
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
SYRIZA spokeswoman Olga Gerovasili on Wednesday rejected outright any possibility of a coalition between SYRIZA and New Democracy after the elections on September 20, following a chance encounter between the two party leaders at an airport in Crete earlier in the day.
“We completely reject the scenario of a coalition government of New Democracy and SYRIZA which is the secret wish of ND and other circles who want to take advantage of the country. It won’t happen. Absolutely clear,” Gerovasili told journalists at the party’s headquarters.
