Rogue Deputies Convinced to Vote Property Tax Bill

New Democracy and PASOK lawmakers threatening to turn rogue and not vote the government's 'single property tax' seem to have finally been swayed.
The New Democracy deputies that were making waves now seem to have quietly returned to the fold, with deputy Tzamtzis stating: "We have no issue with the alterations [to the bill] and we will vote in the whole bill when it's tabled in parliament."
PASOK deputies soon followed suit noting that as the bill was reformed and presented things seemed much better, although they still wanted to see it in writing.
The bill was amended as concerns taxation of agricultural land and buildings facilitating deputies from rural constituencies.
