Secret foreign ministry document leaked online by "anarchists"

It is not known how a secret document of the Foreign Ministry dated 26 July 2016 arrived at the hands of members of the Rubicon group, which then uploaded it online.
Specifically, after the attack with paint against the Turkish embassy in Athens, by antiauthoritarians - members of Rubicon, the embassy called on "the Foreign Ministry of Greece to intervene with the Greek authorities, so that the culprits be brought to justice, to prevent recurrence of such an attack in the future and increase security measures for Turkish diplomatic and consular missions in Greece and other bodies of Turkish interests, located in Greece. "
This document, marked "SECRET DIRECT DELIVERY" was notified to the Interior Ministry and the Deputy Minister of Citizen Protection Nikos Tosca.
The publication has raised issues of elements from the anti-authority political space having been placed by the governing party in sensitive positions that require security clearance.
