Power utility: three companies to continue in ADMIE tender

Power utility PPC announced on Friday that three companies out of four that expressed interest will continue in the tender for the sale of a 24 percent stake in power grid operator ADMIE.
The companies are France’s RTE International (on behalf of RTE Réseau de Transport d'électricité), China’s State Grid International Development Limited and Italy’s Terna Rete Elettrica Nazionale SpA in collaboration with F2i SGR SpA. These companies continue to the second phase of the tender, during which they will be called to submit binding bids.
HSBC Bank, Citigroup Global Markets and NBG Securities are acting as financial advisors, while Rokas as legal advisor to PPC in the tendering process for ADMIE.
