Notaries to walkout on Wednesday protesting foreclosures of primary residencies

Notaries will not attend any planned foreclosure hearings for primary residencies in courts on Wednesday, sources from their union said on Monday.
Following a union meeting, the notaries decided to meet every Monday to discuss whether they will attend or not these hearings. Other foreclosure hearings will proceed as planned.
