The University Research Institute of Applied Communication (URIAC) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens together with Zagori Excellence Network announced the launching of “Sense Zagori Project”, which aims at the promotion and development of Zagori and the broader area.
“Sense Zagori Project” seeks to promote a total “restart” of the area, as well as local sustainable development, through modern tools facilitating global interconnection, in order to boost tourism, while also upgrading services and visitors’ overall experience in terms of quality. The project will be implemented in two stages and consists in a series of actions that will make Zagori more tourist-friendly, more exciting and digitally upgraded. At the same time, it is expected to boost employment and youth entrepreneurship.
