Arrivals of US tourists to Greece rise in 2017

The arrival of US tourists is steadily on the increase in 2017 while reservations for 2018 are also positive, according to a Tourism ministry's announcement.
Tourism Minister Elena Kountoura and Greek National Tourism Organization secretary general Costas Tsegas recently met with tour operators and travel agencies representatives in New York.
Kountoura's visit in New York is part of the ministry's actions to promote Greece aboad. The minister also attended the annual charity event "Blue Dream Summer Gala" of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons.
