Hellenic Navy chief in the US

The Navy General Staff announced that from Tuesday 18 to Friday, September 21, 2018, Hellenic Navy Chief Rear Admiral Nikolaos Tsounis, will participate in the 23rd International Seapower Symposium (ISS), to be held at Newport , Rhode Island, USA.
The aim of this Symposium is to enhance the cooperation of Navies and to to offer a venue for the exchange of views among the Navy Chiefs and the representatives of the International Organizations on Maritime Affairs and Maritime Safety.
The central theme of ISS 2018 is "Security, Order, Prosperity" and more than 100 national delegations are expected to participate.
