Deposits in Greek banks recorded a € 600 million decline

Deposits in Greek banks recorded a € 600 million decline in November, with increased tax liabilities peaking in the third quarter of the year.
More specifically, while deposits at the end of September amounted to € 142 billion, after the first weeks of November they reached 141.2 billion euros, according to data released by Kathimerini newspaper.
It should be noted that at the end of August deposits reached € 141.9 billion, following an upward trend since the beginning of the year.
This decline, however, does not worry the banks as it is unrelated to any substantive reason that could destabilize the Greek economy as a whole.
