4.1R quake in the sea south of Zakynthos

A weak seismic vibration, with a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale, was recorded by seismographs in the Ionian Sea this morning, announced the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens on behalf of the four entities of the National Seismological Network.
According to the Institute's announcement, the earthquake, which occurred at 09:37, had an epicenter in the sea area 47 kilometers south of Zakynthos and 272 kilometers west-southwest of Athens.
