Greek designs unique supercar "Laros"

Featured Greek designs unique supercar "Laros"

With futuristic and impressive design and lines, the car that was created digitally by Greek designer Vangelis Dezes is a supercar that looks like no other we have seen!

"Laros", as Designer and Professor of 3D Imaging at Velios School of Art Vangelis Dezes calls his creation, has been named after the ancient Greek word "laros", which refers to the seagull, the bird from which Mr. Dezes was inspired both for the logo, and the design of his creation.

Based on the pictures shown, you can also see that Mr Dezes' creation has a very impressive bodywork with intense and fluid lines, features and very modern lighting, as well as special aerodynamic fins that are lifted in the back .

The dynamism and aggressiveness of a supercar is not misseing in the Laros and is expressed by elements such as intense front intakes (only for aesthetics because the engine is rear-mounted), but also the three air vents in the rear including the large, trapezoidal end of the exhaust in the center.

Talking with the creator of Laros, Mr. Dezes revealed that even in color, the choice of white, black and golden hues in different parts of the body points to the colors of the gull (white, black, orange) to emphasize even more a sense of freedom that characterizes this bird so common to Greece.1

The end result of all the above gives Laros a very special and unique look that, as we have said, does not look like anything else we have seen in motoring.

As far as Laros' future is concerned, as Mr. Dezes has said after creating the 3D images shown, his aim is to create a 37-40 centimeter model of the car using the three-dimensional print method to see how it looks, but also with the help of some specialists to test its aerodynamic behavior.

In the distant future, Laros, always via 3D printig, wants to print it on a scale of 1: 1.5
