Mitsotakis visit to Cyprus particularly significant

The new Greek Prime Minister`s first official visit in Cyprus on Monday is particularly important as it takes place at crucial time for both countries, Goverment Spokesman Prodromos Prodromou has said.
In statements after a memmorial service at the village of Ergates in Nicosia district, Prodromou was asked about the focus of the meeting between Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades and Greece`s Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
A visit by Greece`s Prime Minister in Cyprus is always important, he said, according to a Presidency press release.
