"Europe and Greece should take back the keys of the refugee-migration issue from Erdogan (Recep Tayyip, Turkish President), who is threatening and blackmails us, right now" Movement for Change (KINAL) leader Fofi Gennimata said during her visit to the island of Samos on Saturday.
Gennimata visited the island's hotspot and the health centre and held meetings with the mayors and the vice governor of the region.
"The condition in Samos hotspot is worse than in Moria hotspot (on Lesvos) she said and underlined "All European countries should assume their responsibilities. The issue is not Greek but European".
