The 180 new M1117 armored 4x4 vehicles have arrived in Greece

The collection of 180 armored wheeled reconnaissance vehicles (TTOA-ASV) M1117 took place on Sunday 26 June in Thessaloniki.
It is recalled that the 180 M1117 is added to the 174 that have already been received. As announced, the M1117 are granted to our country through the US Excess Defense Articles (EDA) program.
The M1117 are used in reconnaissance and surveillance missions, significantly increasing the operational capabilities of the Army, due to their flexibility and enhanced armor. The collection of M1117 will continue in the next period of time, as planned.
