Message for the celebration of the Hellenic Air Force from the Prime Minister
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Hormations of Hellenic Air Force aircraft will fly over Attica today as part of the official celebration of the Patron Saint of the Air Force Archangel Michael.
"The Air Force is celebrating! It honors its heroes and continues on their path, keeping our skies free and forever blue", says Kyriakos Mitsotakis in his post about today's celebration of the Air Force.
The prime minister added: "All Greeks celebrate with the Air Force because they know that the national shield is not built only by the steel wings of the Rafale, the Viper F-16 and the invincible F-35s, which are coming. As, above all, the steel hearts of those who fly with the coat of arms on their chests. Thus, they cover Greece with our flag, but also with our faith in security, peace and progress. Happy Saint day!".
