The National Philoptochos supports Constantinopolitans

In this context and in collaboration with the Ecumenical Federation of Constantinopolitans of Greece, which provides housing and care to many of them, as well as with Professor and former Rector of the Polytechnic University, Nikolaos Ouzounoglou, the National Philoptochos is offering food vouchers for the next four months to 140 of our compatriots, most of whom are elderly.

In a letter, the Board of Directors of the Ecumenical Federation of Constantinople expresses its heartfelt thanks and deepest appreciation to the National Philoptochos and especially its president, Arlene Siaveli Kell, and its vice president, Annita Kartalopoulou, for their generous contribution to the Social Solidarity Program.

The National Philoptochos of Ladies of our Greek Community in the USA is registered as an independent women's association and is the charitable arm of the Archdiocese of America with 25,000 members under the leadership of Archbishop Elpidophoros of America.
