As every year, the Greek community of Toronto will honor this historic day with two special events:
Sunday, October 26th
1:30 p.m. – Greek “OXI” Day Parade on Danforth Avenue
Join us in the heart of Greektown! The parade will be followed by a Wreath Laying Ceremony at Alexander the Great Parkette (Danforth & Logan).
With students, traditional costumes, flags, and music, we will come together to celebrate the pride of Hellenism!

Saturday, November 1st – 7:00 p.m.
Polymenakion Cultural Center
The celebration continues with our Gala Dinner for Greece’s National Anniversary, a memorable evening of Greek culture, tradition, and entertainment!
Live music by Michalitsa and her band. Performances by the Greek Community of Toronto Dance Groups, Traditional Greek cuisine, dancing, and authentic Greek kefi!
