Paris - Olympiakos 2-1
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Olympiakos fans hoping for an easy glide to the 16 stage, were in for a letdown, when their team felt a sting in the 89' from Paris bringing it to 2-1 in the Champions League game.
Now the Greek team needs a win over the Belgians during the last match of the season to clinch the place for sure.
The final score is not indicative of Olympiakos' performance that threw Imbrahiovic's team in to confusion, almost punching their ticket. But... not to be.
Ibrahimovic led the score in the 7'. Olympiakos managed to balance the odds and at the 80' Manolas managed to score.
As things pointed to a secure second place, Cavani scored in the 89' making it 2-1.
At the same time Benfica scored 3-2 against Anderlecht and held on to hopes of beating Olympiakos to the next round.
