European Athletics Championships: Antigoni Drisbioti becomes double European Champion in Munich

Antigoni Drisbioti won the gold medal in the 20km race walking event at the European Athletics Championships, in Munich.
Four days after winning the gold medal in the 35 km race, Antigoni Drisbioti is crowned again European Champion the 20 km race with a personal best of 1:29.03. On 16 August, she has also won the gold medal in the 35 km race walking event and became the first Greek woman ever to double at a European Championship!
In the second place was Katarzyna Zdziebło from Poland and the bronze medal was won by Saskia Feige from Germany.
