The top gymnast of the 2024 Olympics, Simone Biles, saw Lefteris Petrounias immediately after winning the bronze medal on the rings.
The top athlete greeted him and gave him warm congratulations.
Soon after, the Greek Olympian asked her out and they took a picture together to remember this meeting, according to the Hellenic Olympic Committee.
27-year-old Simone Biles has won three golds in Paris and a total of 10 Olympic medals since Rio de Janeiro in 2016, including seven golds.
