Shortly before packing her bags for Athens, the new US ambassador to our country was in the office of the Secretary of War, where, according to her post, they spoke “about America’s enduring commitment to global security, the importance of peace through strength, and the essential role our military plays in protecting freedom around the world.”
Guilfoyle had a series of contacts, including with the US Ambassador to Turkey, Tom Barrack.
