Turkey Looks to Employ Greek Doctors
Turkey's Minister of Health Mehmet Müezzinoğlu has encouraged Greek doctors to work in the nation, due to its present need for physicians.
Turkey is looking to fill approximately 20,000 specialized positions and 10,000 general practice positions, as reported by To Vima.
The Turkish Minister stated that there are 61 doctors for every 100,000 individuals in Greece, in comparison to the Turkish rate of 17 doctors per 100,000 people. Currently, foreign physicians must pass a Turkish language test before being allowed to work in the nation.
