Former Golden dawn member Panayotis Manavis was arrested on Tuesday afternoon, after giving an interview revealing many of the party's activities.
The former party member admitted his participation in an attack against immigrants in Corinth, in an interview towards TA NEA newspaper, and was arrested by member of the counter terrorism squad for examination of his role in the organization.
Manavis has stated that he left the party because of the activities of member of parliament Stathis Boukouras. Boukouras had named Manavis as one of the protected witnesses, something which the latter denied.
