New Democracy (ND) leader Antonis Samaras is in Brussels to attend the European Peoples Party meeting.
The meeting will focus on terrorism and the deliberations in Minsk in which German Chancellor Angela Merkel took part. Later, Merkel will arrive later in Brussels for the EU Summit and will not attend the EPP meeting.
Sources from ND said that Samaras will explain what he did as a prime minister and how he supports the efforts for a viable solution and in any case he will guarantee Greece's European prospect.
