Red lines over talks with troika reps were delineated by PASOK deputies during a meeting of the party's parliamentary economic sector.
According to media, PASOK believes that the 2013 budget represents the results of policies the party has supported since 2009.
The party believes that these policies have led to the achievement of a primary surplus.
