Nikos Androulakis is KINAL party president in convincing victory over ex-PM G. Papandreou

European Parliament deputy (MEP) Nikos Androulakis will be the next president of the Parliament-represented Movement of Change (KINAL) political grouping, as he was leading with 68.42 percent on Sunday with 70.4 percent of the vote tallied.
He bested former prime minister (2009-2011) and veteran politician George Papandreou, who was polling 31.58 percent of the vote an hour after polling stations closed around the country.

KINAL Elections – Results in 90.26% of the ballots

The first place in the Parliament-represented Movement for Change (KINAL) grouping elections was taken by the European Parliament Deputy, Nikos Androulakis, passing to the second round, which will be held next Sunday. The percentage he receives is close to 37%, according to the latest results in the KINAL elections, with 90.26% of the votes counted.
