Golden Dawn Leadership in Jail

Events are cascading concerning Golden Dawn as justice, in an unprecedented move, proceeded to arrests of top Golden Dawn members, including leader Nikos Mihaloliakos.
Others include party parliamentary spokesman Ilias Kasidiaris, and deputies Yannis Lagos, Ilias Panayotaros, and in all, over thirty top party members. Among the latter is Nikaia local party boss Giorgos Patelis.
Golden Dawn secretary general Nikos Mihaloliakos and the three mps arrested Saturday morning were served summons after an inquisition by the prosecutor revealed evidence as to crimes pertaining to formation of a criminal organization, and a host of infractions, including manslaughter.
A huge dragnet has been ongoing for the round-up of around 35 Golden Dawn cadres throughout the country.
Nikos Mihaloliakos, and Ilias Kasidiaris were arrested at 9 am at their respective residences;Ilias Panayotaros as he was making statements in front of Attica police headquarters (GADA).
Chistos Pappas, still eludes justice, but through attorney, reassures police he will turn himself in, as other Golden Dawn members have already done.
