Dendias Talks About Golden Dawn on CNN

Greece is determined to eradicate all racist elements in its police force was the message sent by public order minister Nikos Dendias through an interview with CNN on Thursday evening.
Mr Dendias noted that an in-depth investigation was conducted by the Greek Police (ELAS) internal affairs division, noting the determination to rid the Greek Police of any racist elements.
Referring to the prosecution of Golden Dawn leadership, the minister noted that "what the Greek government does is to ask the justice system to implement the law. Nothing less and nothing more".
Referring to the timing of the prosecution, he said that after the murder of Pavlos Fyssas, the Greek government was in a position to collect evidence on the "chain of command" that links GD with the murder.
