Public Prosecutor Receives Golden Dawn Case File
Pubic prosecutor Isidiros Dogiakos is due to receive the Golden Dawn case file, who will then offer guidance to judges, regarding applicable charges for the 78 suspects.
Magistrates Maria Dimitropoulou and Ioanna Klapa have finalized their examination and have given their specifics to prosecutor Dogiakos, as reported by Kathimerini.
Dogiakos is set to analyze the case and will offer his recommendations to an appeals court judges council. The judges will then determine what charges the indicted will face by the law system.
The trial has been predicted to start at the end of 2014, while the case encompasses over 200 witness statements.
