Armed robbery of Hellenic Post Office in Messinia

A robbery occurred shortly after 7 am at the ELTA (Hellenic Post) of Messina. The police rushed to the scene and have started investigations to find the perpetrators who carried out the attack.
According to initial reports, three armed assailants with heavy weapons and their facial features covered, after breaking the glass doors with sledgehammers, entered and took an unknown (reportedly) large amount of money.
It is worth noting that a short time before the robbery, money had been transferred by money order.
