Hellinikon development memorandum to be signed today

The memorandum between the Greek State and Lamda Development to realize the development of the old airport at Hellinikon is expected to be signed during the day.
The price stood at EUR 915 million, which will be paid in installments.
State Minister Alekos Flabourari will participate in a meeting to be held at the Maximos Mansion with TND president HRADF Stergios Pitsiorlas and company executives of the contractor to finalize the details of the agreement.
According to skai.gr., the government aims to bring advance payment to the price of 915 million euros, and to accelerate investments of 7 billion euros and making the investor undertake most of the maintenance costs of the Metropolitan Park.
