Russia mafia boss from Georgia arrested in Greece

Georgian criminal kingpin Lasha Shushanashvili, also known as "fat", was arrested in the Pilaia area in Thessaloniki.
Shushanashvil is a Georgian villain who has been described as one of the leaders of the Russian Mafia, and according to judicial sources cited by dailythess.gr, the police operation was set up after a European warrant by the French prosecution authorities for alleged robberies from 2016 to date.
As the Georgian embassy in Greece informs he had been wanted by Interpol for committing crimes in Spain and Georgia. Both countries are seeking his extradition.
It is possible that the right to decide on the extradition will be given to Spain as a member of the EU, Georgia’s MFA informed VZGLYAD paper.
