It was a weekend that will be remembered for a long time by all those who took part in the 8th Spetses mini Marathon held on 5-7 October.
Specifically, surpassing every previous event, nineteen thousand people of all ages, from 42 different countries, were again in Spetses this year to take part in, or attend the plethora of events, and not just the 8th Spetses mini Marathon, held under the auspices of the Municipality of Spetses and the Greek National Tourism Organization.
The curtain opened on Friday, October 5, with the children's swim at Agios Mamantos Beach, and continued on Saturday, October 6, with the majority of the competition's events.
With the excellent weather as an ally, the day began with the new 1500m swimming match, followed by the highly demanding 5 km race, and the 3 km swimming race.
