The 32-year-old man who is being held for the murder of the 27-year-old woman in Kos is in front of the investigator since one in the afternoon on Wednesday (21/6). According to information reported by the Star, the Bangladeshi prisoner changed his statement and claims that he did not have sexual contact with the Polish worker and that he handed the girl over to her partner.

According to the accused, the 32-year-old allegedly claimed that they went to his house just so that Anastasia could go to the toilet. They drank some beers and then he took her by motorbike to the place where she had a date with her partner. However, her partner, who is already in Poland, has an alibi, as he was working at the time of the incident.

The 32-year-old is being held on charges of kidnapping and is considered the No. 1 suspect for the murder of 27-year-old Anastasia Rubinska, who was found dead on Sunday afternoon in Alykes in Kos.

The 32-year-old's defense attorney maintains that the charge is for robbery and nothing has changed for now.
