Greek fan murder: Accused deposition time

Today at noon, the first accused for the bloody incidents outside the AEK stadium in Nea Philadelphia, will cross the threshold of the Investigators facing serious criminal charges.
The deposition process will continue tomorrow Saturday and will be completed on Sunday.
Today, the first three groups of defendants who will be brought before the three Investigators appointed for the case. About 30 of the defendants are expected to appear before court officials in groups of 10 to 12 people for each Investigator
The 105 defendants are called to give explanations for felonies related to the activity of a criminal organization, explosion and possession of explosives, but also for misdemeanors such as those of illegal possession of weapons, violence based on the sports law, depravity, etc.
It should be noted that the criminal prosecution brought against them includes the crime of homicide against 29-year-old Michalis, for which at this stage of the defendants has been charged , as the perpetrator of the crime has not yet been identified.
The case file filed for the violent incidents concerns the offenses of:
*criminal organization (felony)
*manslaughter (felony)
*explosion (felony)
*possession of explosives (felony)
as well as misdemeanors:
*disturbing the public peace
*dangerous bodily harm, committed and attempted, jointly and severally
*damage to foreign property
*violation (offense under the sports law)
*illegal carrying of weapons
*arms use
*possession of flares
