Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, does not only cheat his own subjects of their wealth and dignity, he's also welshing on a debt of few tens of thousands of euros to the widow of acclaimed Greek singer Dimitris Mitropanos.

The Greek Government's decision to block the sanctions imposed on Venezuela, which the other European Union countries were seeking, and thus to support Maduro, has provoked consternation in Europe.
