Pence speaks with Tsipras about bilateral ties, NATO, Cyprus talks

The Vice President of the United States Mike Pence and Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras discussed in a phone call on Monday bilateral ties, Greece’s NATO contributions and the end of the Cyprus talks, according to a White House readout.

FYROM open to change name to enter NATO

The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) is examining the prospect of changing its name to overcome Greece’s objections in an effort to be admitted into NATO, according to a report in the Financial Times.
