Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres has made an appeal for global peace amide the coronavirus pandemic. His appeal has garnered over 1 million signatures with the goal of reaching 1,5 million since March 23.

The Presidency of the Republic of Cyprus published on Wednesday the letter dated 22/7/19 with the position expressed by the President of the Republic on the issue of hydrocarbons, which he sent to the UN Secretary-General, the President of the European Commission, the High Representative of the EU Foreign Affairs and Security Issues, with a notification to the Turkish Cypriot leader M. Akinci.
