An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) of the Greek army crashed in a plain in a non-residential area in Komotini, Thrace in north-eastern Greece on Thursday morning.
Locals and tourists in northern Greece have been reassured that there will be "no further problems" in the region, after two earthquakes hit the prefecture of Kilkis, north of Thessaloniki.
Through his charity initiative 'Fuel for Schools', Goodwill Ambassador Jimmy Jamar, who is also the head of the European Commission Representation in Belgium, has managed to raise €35,278 in order to heat 40 schools and 7,000 students in northern Greece.
