It took four years of recession for Greek inflation to get with the program of dropping wages, but it's finally here. According to Eurostat figures, deflation in January was at 1.4%.

The U.S. Embassy in Athens, in collaboration with the Onassis Cultural Centre and with the support of the Organization for Culture, Sports and Youth of the City of Athens, will present a ten-day educational program with the internationally renowned Battery Dance Company.

More than 8000 children took part in the carnival parade in the center of Patras, which was a great success, bringing smiles to all, on Sunday.

 As the group's leaders, Greece avoided the contest's strongest sides. They will be leading the 6th Group, playing against Romania, Hungary, Finland, Northern Ireland and Faroe Islands.
