The heads of the institutions will meet on Wednesday evening in Brussels to reach common ground on the Greek program and "unblock" the review procedure.

"The main cause of the refugee crisis is the war, and they tend to forget it and put the blame on us," Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias said in an interview with Skai TV late on Tuesday.

The refugees camp of Idomeni, at the borders between Greece and FYROM, changes shape almost every hour of the day. Less than an hour a ship docks at the port, or a train arrives at the station of Thessalonica, more people flow to every available space in the fields near the frontier.

International creditors are expected to meet tonight in Brussels, in order to try and bridge differences between the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.
