The Argentinian Defense Ministry has announced its plans to offer a fresh military body to Cyprus, under United Nations peacekeeping forces.

The Greek Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kyriakos Gerontopoulos has voiced that no more compromises should be made regarding the Cyprus divide, by the Southern territory of the island.

The government of the Republic of Cyprus is set to condemn Turkey's plan to send its Barbaros Hayreddin Pasa ship off the coast of the occupied northern territory, prior to new President Tayip Erdogan's travels to the region next month.
