Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has a series of meetings with foreign officials scheduled on Monday, including Dutch Foreign Minister Bert Koenders at noon and Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry at 15:00.

The Hellenic Police has launched its tourist police Visitors' Help Office in Athens, completing a plan initiated by the previous leadership of the civil protection ministry, in collaboration with the Greek hoteliers' chamber.

"We will hand over an area to the UN member states in order to build a lodge for conferences," Deputy Foreign Minister Dimitris Mardas on Monday said in statements to Athina 9.84 radio station referring governement's plan to turn the island Aigilia into "a summer Davos."
