Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Friday stressed the important role of European cohesion policy and the significance of developing a national plan for growth in his address to the 'National Developmental Conference on the new NSRF (National Strategic Reference Framework) 2021-2027' at the Athens Concert Hall.

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis proposed Ekaterini Sakellaropoulou, first female president of the Council of State, as president of the Hellenic Republic, in a televised address on Wednesday evening.
Sakellaropoulou, head of the country's highest administrative court, was not a member of the ruling New Democracy party, the premier said.
