This past Tuesday it was revealed that Greece may finally be accelerating financially. Piraeus Bank distributed 500 million euros worth of three-year bonds.

Yesterday's agreement between Greece and the troika offer the nation hopes that it will be granted at least 10 billion euros in loan disbursements by lenders. Prime Minister Antonis Samaras sounded hopeful, stating: "The long negotiations with the troika have been completed successfully".

Greece's Finance Minister Yannis Stournaras refused to reveal if the troika and Greece will complete their discussions today after holding drawn-out meetings this past weekend.
