The Greek island of Santorini is, according to the readers of the US’ Travel & Leisure magazine, the “Best Island in Europe” for 2017, followed by Ischia in Italy and Hvar and the Dalmatian Islands in Croatia.

A case file with charges of endangering public order has been opened by the Police Department of Santorini for the incident that occurred in the village of Emborios on the island, during celebrations of the 28 October national holiday.

The Red Bull 'Art of Motion' Freerunning and Parkour Competition returns to the island of Santorini on Saturday, with athletes strutting their stuff over the multi-coloured rooftops of Oia, a 'natural' and idyllic parkour course.
